This is a post to show off links to two other tutorials that I did a while ago. They are both originally written by Bert Monroy. For anyone who doesn't know, Bert is a god in the Photoshop realm. He is an amazing artist and his books are great. I recomend picking at least one up if you have the extra cash. Anyway, back to the topic.

So, there are two tutorials here, both on how to make lighning. The first one deals with a strike, or bolt, of lightning. The second one is about making radial lightning, like you may see radiating from the staff of a powerful wizard, or something of that nature. So, here they are.
