I always love scoping out what is being taught over at DeviantArt.com. There is a link in my side bar directly to the Photoshop tutorials at DevArt. You should also browse around there for stock art and inspirations. Anyway, I found this tutorial today. I wanted to share it with you all, since this is a great looking tutorial.
